If I were going to open a Store, what would I sell?
I would sell a special kind of nutrition.
Anyone could come and eat at no cost, all you need to do is come, the invitation is open to all at any time, complete satisfied guaranteed. This kind of nourishment will give you all you need to stay strong and healthy spiritually and physically with character building as it’s primary goal.
So what is the food that’s free and so special that it solves all your needs for sustenance?
It’s the “meat” the word of God, Isaiah 55:1-9.
So is it real food? its like real food in that it does all the things food does but to our spiritual temple
Is it the text on a page or is to something more? The Word of God is the recorded revelation of all that He has done. He chose to show Himself through the stories of people who encountered Him and receive an invitation for connection after which we experience Him continuously via His word.
Once we have encountered God through the stories we discover is the exact representation of God the Father. We don’t have to toned anymore as to what God is like. Jesus said, “anyone who has seen me has seen the Father” (John 14:9)
